Regent Bay Identity


The Regent Bay Oceanside Villa Community is located in the north-western part of the Antigua and Barbuda Special Economic Zone and is presently in the first phase of development.
Owned by Yida International Investment Antigua Limited, Regent Bay homeowners will enjoy the breath-taking sea views and enthralling leisure that come with being located on the north eastern end of the island, which also boasts picturesque views of the world-famous Jumby Bay and Guiana Island.

The Problem
Regent Bay is the flagship project by the Yida Group and needed an identity that would demonstrate the level of sophistication and luxury that the subsequent development projects would entail. Potential clients for these properties were being sort after by nearby developers and Regent Bay also needed to stand out amongst the rest.
Regent bay needed the creatives to make this happen.

The yuniq team developed an identity system that represented ‘global luxury’ as the tagline states. We spend 6 months on the entire project which resulted in brand that speaks to luxury ( to a global market).The main marketing piece used by the Regent Bay sales team is the brochure which is does most of the selling and makes their work easy.
